Video/Action Ecruteak afternoon crows come party

[There’s something a little off going on in Ecruteak. It might have something to do with the huge wave of crows that just so happen to just now block out the sun. It could even be the large golden egg that’s appeared at the top of Tin Tower. Or maybe the place looks different because it’s expanded and resembles a twisted amusement park — slides, trampoline rings, and odd buttons everywhere; not to mention the odd creatures that certainly aren’t Pokémon emerging and attacking people. Though the change of music is pretty refreshing.

Billy is in mild panic as crows appear everywhere. And his Pokémon can only do so much. He wasn’t even sure how he was going to hatch that egg at the top. He was becoming overwhelmed and extremely worried by the second. If only he had his powers! He yells in frustration and starts to lose hope, but then a familiar (and greatly missed) voice is heard from above. A column of light shines down on Billy and he looks up in shock.]

Billy don’t give up!

Huh? ...Menie...Funie? Is that... really you?

Yes Billy. It is I, Menie Funie, the God of Chickens! I’m sorry I wasn’t able to contact you until now. This place has an odd power that interferes with mine. It took you here instead of your home world. Know that your friends made it home though.

That’s great. That means they’re safe. What’s going on Meanie Funie? Why are the crows here?

Something terrible has happened to this world! The crows have come though some sort of portal. Plus they sealed a powerful Pokémon called “Ho-oh” in a golden egg. You must stop them Billy! Use your courage and the power of the Legendary Chicken Suit to help. I’ve also placed Chicken Suit eggs all over this city so others can help.

[A white glow envelopes Billy as he let’s out a loud rooster call. ]

COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO!

[Large three foot eggs appear out of the ground in many different colors. He runs over to one and gives it push, and the heavy egg begins to roll. He smiles and then launches the egg at the crow monsters — it hits and they go flying, before the egg ricochets back to the boy. He begins barreling through monster after monster, squishing them on the way. Egg begins to grow even bigger. Look out evil! The chosen of chickens is back at full power and ready to squish all the bad guys.]

((ooc: Feel free to react to the crows (aka scream in terror) or the fact that a Chicken God just gave a little boy powers and giant eggs. Or your character can also help Billy protect the city with or without an optional chicken suit!  the red text is chicken god))

[Billy hasn't had this much fun in a while. Even though the crows were in Johto. He rushes off himself. Unfortunately in their haste they're not paying attention to where there going.]

[No. No, they're not. America has never been good at that though, he's just hitting and squishing all the crows he can find.

There are a lot of them, so it's easy to get sidetracked.]

[A short attention span probably not helping. Billy finally figures out were to go. ]

We have to go up!

[Wasn't that kind of obvious.]

[Oh right---

Up it is then! He even punches a crow up into the air. Until it can't be seen.]

Sure! [At least they're going in the right direction now?]

[The only direction should have been up. Somehow they messed that up.

They are getting close to the top, you could see a glint of the golden egg.]

[Somehow, they're magical. But this is good news, right? So-]

What do we do once we're up there?

I hatch the egg and that should make the sunlight come back. We still need to get rid of the boss crow though.

Got it! [It's louder this time as they get closer to the top, and America is ready to charge at this boss really, so Billy can concentrate of getting the egg hatched. That's really important, so he might as well do it like that!

Or so he thinks, anyway.]

[They've finally reach the top of tower and what's waiting for them is a giant purple cat like creature. Behind it was a golden egg in a steel cage.]

There it's is.

[Billy isn't going to sit back and let America take all the fun. He's already started charging to squish that kitty.]

[Oh, sure he isn't. America wouldn't expect him to, he just wants him to be ready to ...hatch that thing. He can't, so it makes sense really. At least he isn't yelling out that Billy's his back up and that he chooses him to--- oh wait.]

Billy! Get the egg when you can! [Never mind that he's really the back up there. This guy...]

[Billy was going to that anyway after they get rid of this cat. He just hasn't realized he's been labeled as back up. ]

[Poor kid. Hopefully he won't learn of the stupid way America's mind works. He'll just hit this kitty-thing until it starts seeing birds fly around it's head and...dies?]

[Dying might not be the right term. Instead it bursts in hundreds of normal sized crows. Who quickly fly way and as they leave the cage opens. Billy already grabed hold of the egg and working to make it grow.]

[Yeah, he isn't sure what to use for that, he'll watch Billy do his stuff though, it's all weird and interesting.]

Stand back, I don't know exactly how big a ho-oh is.

[He take deep breath and let's out this shout and what come's out is a very big cool looking bird.]

[He took a step back a little too late, but it's okay, neither he or the Ho-oh are injured.]

So that's the big Pokemon, right?

Yeah that a Ho-oh, I think.

[The legendary bird looks at both of them and nods in thanks. Then takes off a rainbow seems to be coming off it's beautiful wings. As it why's over Ecruteak the darkness taht the city is cover in quickly recedes.]

[America nods at that, watches the Ho-oh fly off then gives the kid a thumbs up.]

So we won, right?

[Billy waves the bird goodbye before looking off at something in the distance.]

Oh no we haven't fought the boss yet.

[He blinks at that, how is that any sense when the Pokemon just got free? Ah, well. They can take them!]

[America might want to notice there are still crow monsters about. Logic doesn't work when Billy invovle]

At the center of town. There's a dark portal over there that's where the boss is hiding.

[which was probably why he said not to go over the odd moon symbol on the ground.]

[Then Billy jumps off the tower but don't worry he's got an egg to cushion his walk. Screws the stairs.]

[Who needs an egg? America just barrels off their like a CHAMP. He just has to roll when he hits the bottom. He's got this down, kid. He'll start running once he lands though, just to kick off the shock of landing from such a height.]
